eLAIX

eLAIX ['i.læks] is an OpenOffice.org extension that allows you to convert a text document (also Word documents) into an ILIAS learning module. After the conversion an exported eLAIX package can be imported into ILIAS as a ready to go learning module. After the import, a learning module created by eLAIX is fully editable within ILIAS. Since eLAIX has been completely written in OpenOffice Basic, it is available for all platforms that are supported by OpenOffice.org, mainly Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
